Autumn is a time we feel like wrapping up and keeping cosy. If you’ve never experienced a Reflexology treatment before, it’s a great time of year to do so. You’ll be tucked up in a soft blanket during your treatment and leave feeling warm, relaxed and ready to face the rest of the day. What’s not to like?
Welcome to ‘Jackie Chambers Reflexology ‘
My name is Jackie and I am a Reflexologist based in the North Bedfordshire village of Felmersham, not far from Bedford.
Felmersham is a tranquil village in the heart of the beautiful North Bedfordshire countryside. You won’t have to battle with traffic and finding somewhere to park as my dedicated treatment room is based at my home, so off road parking is available right outside.
My treatment room provides a calm, tranquil environment. Decorated in a calming pale blue colour, you will be able to completely relax and ‘switch off’ during your treatment.
People seek out Reflexology for many reasons; stress and tension; anxiety; headaches and migraine; sleep problems; digestive problems; hormonal problems; fertility problems; they list is exhaustive. However, it is the deep sense of relaxation and well-being that Reflexology can bring that is so beneficial.

A little bit about me
I first discovered Reflexology around 20 years ago. I was fascinated by how it worked, so much so that I trained as a Reflexologist. At the time, I trained out of personal interest more than anything else.
After leaving work to bring up my family, I found myself in a position where I was able to turn an interest into something more.
Being such a long time since my original studies, I retrained to make sure I was up to date with current methods and practices, and also to gain a currently recognised qualification so that clients can be confident that I am able to offer Reflexology to the highest standards.
I qualified as a Reflexologist with The Academy of Reflexology and Massage, near Holcot, Northampton. Here I gained my 'ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology'.
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists. This means that I adhere to their strict guidelines to provide Reflexology to the highest standards for professional excellence. I also agree to abide by their 'Code of Practice' and have confirmed to them I am insured to practice.
